Reduce Cholesterol Naturally Through Diet, Stress Reduction, and Nutritional Supplements

To lower cholesterol naturally, the generally accepted diet that is often recommended is the low fat, calorie counting type of diet. Often this type of diet is also used along with medication such as statin drugs.

The low fat, low cholesterol diet has been the standard approach for the last twenty years and as recent research clearly shows, it is not effective.     If polyunsaturated fats are unhealthy for the heart why are some of them, like soybean oil, high in coq10? You would think that the intake of this oil would improve heart function and some information today suggest that calcium build in the arterials has a link to heart disease..too much calcium intake and settling in the tissues instead of the bones. So its possible all fats are good for us and the real culprit is calcium.
