Lower (LDL) Bad Cholesterol Naturally by up to 20% and raise HDL by up to 7.5% with Natural Nutrients

If your cholesterol level is too high and if you are looking for a safe and effective way to lower it, you might consider taking natural cholesterol lowering vitamins. It is considered one of the most effective ways to naturally lower your blood cholesterol level without any side effects.

Statin drugs – not the only solution

A lot of people think that statin drugs are the only solution to cholesterol problems. Nothing can be farther from the truth. Statin drugs, though effective to certain extent, are not your only choice when it comes to treating high cholesterol. Moreover, there are significant side effects involved in taking statin drugs. One such important side effect that most people are not aware of is the depletion of coenzyme Q10.

The coenzyme Q10 cholesterol medications connection

Coenzyme Q10 is a very important vitamin-like substance found in your heart muscles, liver, kidney, spleen, and pancreas. Its most important biological roles include generating energy and neutralizing the free radicals that cause cell damage. By doing so, it prevents oxidative stress and a number of health problems which are caused by the action of free radicals. Cholesterol medications like statin drugs, unfortunately, tend to affect your body’s ability to produce coenzyme Q10.

The consequences of coenzyme Q10 depletion

By depleting the amount of coenzyme Q10, cholesterol medications tend to make your body vulnerable to free radical damage which can be very harmful in the long run. Low levels of antioxidants in your body could cause oxidative stress which could cause several very serious health problems in the long run. Some of the well known effects of oxidative stress include aging skin, rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Since a lot of people are unaware of this fact, they continue to take statin drugs without knowing the consequences.

How can you avoid it?

You can avoid this problem in two ways. One – you can take a good coenzyme Q10 supplement with statin drugs to compensate for its loss. Two – you can take natural cholesterol lowering supplements which do not cause any such side effects and lower your cholesterol levels naturally.

What to look for in cholesterol lowering supplements?

Policosanol, Beta Sitosterol, Theaflavin, and natural oils like rice bran oil and pumpkin seed oil, and natural antioxidants like vitamin E oil are some of the most important ingredients you should look for natural cholesterol remedies.

Keeping your cholesterol levels under control is very important to avoid heart problems and stroke. So, you should get yourself tested at least every three months to keep an account of your blood cholesterol levels. If you do have high cholesterol, a combination of healthy diet, regular exercise, and a regular dose of natural cholesterol lowering vitamins can help you lower your cholesterol levels significantly. So, take action now and stay healthy.

Hi: I have had high cholesterol levels for years and have been on Lipitor to try and keep the level and normal range. This did work untill I was diagnoised with Hypothyrodism and now I have decided to try my luck with Vitamins and Minerals. I also have Fibromyalgia and constant pain in my joints and muscles which may also be made worse due to this statin. My question is; Is there any type of Multi Vitiamin plus minerals that may be able to help get my Cholesterol levels back to normal and help stop the muscle pain? (I also have an intolerance to codene and penicillin due to Prurigo Nodularis)

    Hello Ava,

Thank you for your questions and comments. We’re sure you probably understand that we are prohibited from giving health advice. That being said, since you mentioned having several different ailments with their own specific symptoms, this would make any natural treatment that you choose a highly personalized strategy.

In our opinion, when you have several different things going on and a possible autoimmune situation, your ideal option would be to consult a naturopathic physician. Since you’ve expressed a desire to pursue a more natural treatment, naturopaths are educated extensively in all of the different strategies available for someone with your health issues.

As far as vitamins go, since you mention that you have fibromyalgia along with certain allergies, you might have to focus on supplements that are hypo-allergenic yet also have high bioavailability. Again, a natural health provider or naturopathic physician would be able to help you find vitamins that would be compatible with your body.

    Dear Ava,
I am a nutritionalist and have been able to help many people regain their health through a highly bioavailable, organic, whole-food, liquid supplement containing all of the essential vitamins, minerals, amino-acids, enzymes, phyto-nutrients, etc., that are, to a large extent, missing from our fruits and vegetables today due to soil depletion.
I cannot make claims, nor am I allowed to say this will cure you, but I can share many, many testimonies with you, and some of these nutrients have been studied and proven, therefore I am allowed to share how they DO help people’s health issues. Feel free to contact me. I’d love to help you get your life back!
